RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Every frē'kē-dē'kē® product is made to order — printed and fulfilled by Printful on demand, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives with a print error, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@freke-deke.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will issue a free replacement or full refund — your choice. No need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item at no charge.
Sizing Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@freke-deke.com.
