Shipping policy

Every frē'kē-dē'kē® product is made to order and printed on demand by Printful. Please allow production time before your order ships.

Production Time Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days. During peak periods such as holidays or new drops, production may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Times United States: 3–5 business days after production International: 10–20 business days after production depending on destination and customs clearance

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment center.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at info@freke-deke.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@freke-deke.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
